Validate the integrity of wiring between the board and the fan. Unplug fan harness and measure output voltage from board. It should read 102V - 132V. If voltage is good, replace fan.

Compressor non-functional

The compressor is not operating

Validate the integrity of wiring between the board and the compressor. Unplug compressor harness and measure output voltage from board. It should read 102V - 132V. Replace the dehumidifier

TH-in sensor communication failure

Inlet temperature and humidity sensor was disconnected from main PCB.

Verify connection between sensor and main PCB. Replace inlet sensor control board.

ALARM 21

TH-out sensor communication failure

Outlet temperature and humidity sensor was disconnected from main PCB.

Verify connection between sensor and main PCB. Replace outlet sensor control board.

ALARM 22

Diff press sensor communication failure

Differential pressure sensor was disconnected from main PCB.

Verify connection between differential pressure sensor and main PCB. Replace outlet sensor control board.

ALARM 23

Power measurement IC communication failure

Main PCB is receiving improper voltage.

Verify main PCB is receiving proper voltage. Replace main PCB

ALARM 24

RTC IC communication failure

Bad main PCB

Replace main PCB.

ALARM 50

Low refrigerant charge

There is an insufficient charge of R32 refrigerant in the dehumidifier.

Charge the dehumidifier per the specifications in the installer guide.

Inlet temp/RH sensor failure

Bad intlet temp/RH sensor board.

Replace inlet sensor control board.

ALARM 61

Outlet temp/RH sensor failure

Bad outlet temp/RH sensor board.

Replace oulet sensor control board.

ALARM 62

Air pressure sensor failure

Bad air pressure sensing system.

Check hoses. If the hoses are in tact, replace outlet sensor control board.

ALARM 63

Defrost temperature sensor failure

Bad defrost temperature sensor.

Replace defrost temperature sensor.

ALARM 64

Discharge temperature sensor failure

Bad compressor discharge temperature sensor.

Call Resideo tech support.

ALARM 65

Defrost sensor out of range

Defrost sensor measured a value outside of the expected range.

Verify connection between sensor and main PCB. Replace defrost sensor.

Discharge temperature sensor out of range

Discharge temperature sensor measured a value outside of the expected range.

Verify connection between sensor and main PCB. Replace compressor discharge temperature sensor.
